Prices
Our personal training exercise program includes a full assessment of your current health status and lifestyle. Includes a 1:1 PT session in-clinic using free weights, and body-weight exercises.
An exercise program will then be created to be carried out at either your local gym, at home, or in-clinic*.
The exercise program will be available to access via our app and I will be able to track your achievements as you progress. Discounts available for couples attending sessions together!
*additional fees apply to further in-clinic sessions at £20 per hour per individual & £30 per hour per couple.
* gym-based sessions with Wave Active are charged at £40 per session, or 6 sessions for £200. More details can be found here.

Ready to commit to a plan for both nutrition and fitness? The Ultimate Transformation Package includes either the in-clinic or online exercise plans (gym-based sessions incur a surcharge) as well as the nutrition service, providing you with a bespoke meal plan and exercise routine every week for 8 weeks. Look and feel fitter with a custom plan, regular support and advice, access to our exclusive app, and a comfortable, private space to meet in at least once per week. The Ultimate Transformation Package also offers the best value (when compared to purchasing separately). Payment plans available.
